We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Returns accepted within 7–15 days of delivery (check specific product terms).
- Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused/unworn, in original packaging with all labels and accessories.
- Must include original invoice.
- Defective/damaged/wrong items qualify for free return/replacement.
- Return Process

- We will provide return address/instructions (pickup or self-ship).
- Customer bears return shipping unless item is defective/wrong (we reimburse reasonable shipping).
- Return Options
- Replacement (if available).
- Store credit (if preferred).
- Refund to original payment method.
- Non-Returnable
- Items marked "non-returnable" on product page.
- Used/opened hygiene/personal care items.
- Customized products.
