We accept returns under the following conditions:

   • Returns accepted within 7–15 days of delivery (check specific product terms).
2. Conditions for Return
   • Item must be unused/unworn, in original packaging with all labels and accessories.
   • Must include original invoice.
   • Defective/damaged/wrong items qualify for free return/replacement.
3. Return Process

   • We will provide return address/instructions (pickup or self-ship).
   • Customer bears return shipping unless item is defective/wrong (we reimburse reasonable shipping).
4. Return Options
   • Replacement (if available).
   • Store credit (if preferred).
   • Refund to original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable
   • Items marked "non-returnable" on product page.
   • Used/opened hygiene/personal care items.
   • Customized products.
