Cancellation Policy – Diton

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
   • Cancellations allowed before order is shipped/processed.
   • Request cancellation via email (DITONINDIA@GMAIL.COM) or call 9321907170 with order number.
   • If cancelled before dispatch: Full refund (no charges).
   • If cancelled after dispatch: Treated as return (subject to Return Policy; possible shipping deduction).
2. Cancellation by Diton
   • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
   • Full refund issued if cancelled by us.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
   • Certain custom/pre-order items may be non-cancellable (mentioned at checkout).

Refunds processed as per Refund Policy.
